Hi, I’m Pamela Derr, owner of Chips & Doodles, a small woman-owned business in South Bend, Indiana.
I’ve lived in South Bend my whole life and have been married to Kurt for 29 years. We have two children: Cassandra, 26, who runs a pet sitting business, and our 22-year-old son who is a Senior at the University of Notre Dame.
Chips & Doodles started in 2016 from my home kitchen, inspired by baking Christmas cookies for my husband’s clients. We began at the local farmers market and now bake in a commercial kitchen inspected by the health department.
I have a special printer that prints directly onto cookies, allowing me to create custom designs.
Taking special orders is my favorite part of the business. I bake with love and aim to “Deliver Joy” with every treat!
